Just imagine you're stuck in a cave, lost, pressured and mostly scared. You need a way out, and you have two. Yet it seems as though you're in a helpless situation. One shows light, but you know it's a cliff; you need a grip to survive. The other shows darkness, you don't know how far or to where it leads; you need commitment to survive. That explains today's life. If you don't work, there is a lot to risk. If you do work, it's a permanent stamp.
Now, one can clearly tell that work isn't The world's latest invention; it's been an exertion of time from the beginning of human existence that hasn't changed. But one thing that has changed throughout history, is the human lifespan. Statistics show that while humans have developed drastically, their lifespan has reduced. There are many reasons that contribute to this factor, a main one being the menacing drop of food quality and heath. But the treasure hunt never stops, and here we are discovering that we have once again found a way to kill ourselves sooner; overworking.
I think it is a clear statement that most of the world's population despises terrorists. We could say that 60% of that population is working. Well what response does that 60% have when we say "that they are terrorists too? Savagely giving their own bodies harm and pain is just as bad as the brutality of sadists.
In my opinion, you have to look up to the people who are working. But you have to remember the balance too. When you look close enough, there is always grey space; waiting to be found . Your body should be in health and in solace. But when it is, it should be put to use (work). Why be healthy if not for work? But remember that, one only works best when healthy.
Scientific research conducts that the brain functions better after exercise, that the body co-operates better after, and the other millions of benefits. Even a small start, the slightest suggestion of a break, can gave the body bliss. It's the law of physics that the greater the weight, the easier it gets for gravity to pull it down.
Do as much work, not as you want, but as you need. 'Work' may be important, but 'Enough' is Important too. A day where one relentlessly tires oneself out, maybe for a project, a promotion or what not, only to find oneself too exhausted to find peace in the lull, is a day wasted. Even the creator rested on the seventh day. Slaying the beast is important, but the knight can only do the job if their body is fit to do it. So yes, take the easy road once in a while, but make sure that you're headed the right way.
